Penny MINI Jacket is an adorable jacket made in leftover cotton. It is lightly padded with quilt stitches and has an open placket front that can be closed by two sets of checked bow ties. It is decorated with a cute embroidery of horses and hearts at the chest, pockets, and back. The jacket is fully lined with leftover cotton and all seams on the inside have been covered with cotton tapes.
